An art and ride journey to bring snowboarding back to its roots
THE COMMON LINE PROJECT
We’re setting out a global journey to reignite the untamed spirit and raw culture of snowboarding, free from rivalry and ego .
What we’re building is grounded in culture and passion, a deep desire to share who we are, to truly listen and to reconnect with the soul of snowboarding.
From Whistler to Summit at Snoqualmie, through Laax, Avoriaz, Mayrhofen, Levi, Oslo, Asahikawa and Nanshan, we will sit down with the industry and open the door for the community to join the conversation: Why are we doing this? What comes next? How can we make snowboarding more accessible for everyone?
The experience will live on and off snow with support from Ride, Salomon, Capita, Dinosaurs Will Die, K2, Nitro, 32, Public, Rome, Union, Sims, Whitespace, Korua, Arbor, Slash, Spring Break, Bataleon, Gnu, Lib Tech, Nidecker, Shorty’s,… We’ll invite people to join us and ride together as a collective. This is about giving back and supporting the Brick-and-Mortar shops that built this culture from the ground up.
MISSION & VISION
It’s a bold invitation to come together, to unite the industry, not for competition, but for connection, collaboration, and a shared future. We believe that by joining forces, we can create something truly exceptional. A tour that reflects the full spectrum of what snowboarding is today: different visions, different aesthetics, different stories. From North America to Europe to Asia, we’re not just showcasing snowboarding — we’re offering its culture to a global community, as a living, evolving and collective force.

TWO DAYS OF COMMUNITY
THE COMMON LINE will unfold over two days at each resort
Round Table with the Industry + Art show
We’re bringing the snowboard industry together for an open conversation and the whole community is invited to join. Why are we doing this? What comes next? How can we make snowboarding more accessible to all? It’s a chance to connect with brands, shops, riders and locals to talk about the future of snowboarding.
Right after the round table we will celebrate our industry and community by inviting artists to paint on brand new snowboards and gears to raise money for the brick and mortar. 20 boards will be raffled off (per stop) and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the local shop.
Ride with the locals + Park jam Session and Cash for Tricks.
A full day of snowboarding, sharing and connection. Locals will guide us through their mountain and everyone’s invited to join the session.
In the afternoon a laid-back event with Cash for Tricks presented by D_B will start at the snowpark. No judges, no pressure, just style and creativity. This is about celebrating snowboarding in its purest form : fun, spontaneous and expressive.
SCREENINGS & TALKS
At every stop, we’ll showcase the new season’s films, a reflection of the creativity and evolution of our culture. But beyond the screen, we want to create space for real conversations, moments to sit down with industry players, riders, shapers, shops, artists, and local communities.
The idea? To take the time to talk about snowboarding. To exchange thoughts on what it means today. To inspire locals and to raise the right questions: Where is our culture heading? What do we want to preserve, to evolve, to pass on?
“This is about giving back. Supporting the Brick-and-Mortar shops that built this culture from the ground up.”
